DALE FLEEGER - Currently Director of Library Services for the City of Weatherford, and has been employed for over thirty years with libraries, both academic and public. He served for nine years as Coordinator of the Northeast Texas Library System, and served as adjunct faculty at the University of North Texas in the area of information center management. He recently served as Chair of the Joint TSLAC Task Force on Public Library Standards and Accreditation. | |||

LARRY EUBANK - Facilities Manager of the Kimbell Art Museum of Fort Worth, Larry is a native of Weatherford and has worked at the Kimbell since 1972. He is responsible for the main building of the Museum, the Darnell auditorium and property, plus 16 acres of grounds. In addition to maintenance planning, design and construction of exhibition displays, installation of exhibits, and operation of the audio/visual equipment in two auditoriums, he also negotiates contracts for utilities, purchase of vehicles, and grounds maintenance. |

JAMES MAY - Vice-President, Branch Manager, Weatherford National Bank. James is a member of the Board of Civic Development, Inc. and former member of the Heritage Gallery Committee of the Weatherford Public Library. He has for several years utilized his artistic and organizational talents with the many projects related to producing special events, museum displays, and other activities in support of developing a museum for Parker County. | ||||

DR. SHIRLEY CHENAULT - Weatherford College Dean of Resource Development. Her responsibilities include researching sources of funding and writing grants for the college, both activities that she has agreed to pursue for the Doss Heritage and Culture Center. |

ANNE BERGMAN - As a long-time community volunteer Anne has served as Past President, Friends of Weatherford Public Library; Weatherford Library Foundation, Larry Hagman Gala Chair and Foundation President,1987- 1996. She also served as a Weatherford City Council member from 1985-1991. |

DR. BRANDI BUCKNER - Brandi holds her doctorate in Psychology from the University of North Texas in Denton and was President and Clinical Director of Freedom House, a domestic violence shelter located in Weatherford. She is currently in private practice as a licensed professional counselor. | ||||

DOROTHY DOSS - Primary benefactor of the museum and Texas Bank Board member; assists with operations of Doss-Knight & Associates - Investments, Real Estate and Banking; member of many boards, including the Weatherford College Foundation, Campbell Memorial Hospital Foundation, and others. |

NANCY DOZIER - Nancy prepared for her thirty-six year career as a cytologist with an undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Texas at Austin and graduate work in medical technology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her community service includes tenure on the boards of many Fort Worth civic and charitable organizations. She is the immediate past president of the Fort Worth Lecture Foundation and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Library Foundation. As the great-great-granddaughter of Oliver Loving, Nancy has had a longstanding interest in the history of Weatherford and Parker County. |

NAN KINGSLEY - Serves as Treasurer of both the Civic Development Board and the Doss Heritage and Culture Center Board. Nan plays a prominent role in numerous community organizations and serves on the Board of Directors of the Campbell Hospital Foundation as well as other boards. |

GREGG LANE - Native of Parker County and employee of Texas Department of Transportation for twenty years. He has been president of Heritage Society since 2000; Chairman of Christmas Tour of Homes 1996 and 1997; serves as board member of Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, and United Way Allocation Committee. He has a degree in Fine Arts from Weatherford College. |

DR. BARBARA McGREGOR - With her broad background in education, Dr. Barbara McGregor brings to our DHCC education programming chair a BA, MA and Ph.D. in English. In addition to positions on the TCU, Tarleton, and Weatherford College faculty, Barbara’s leadership positions have included director of WC’s Humanities and Fine Arts Division, WC Resource Development Director, and WC Director of Institutional Advancement, working with the WC Development Foundation and the Weatherford College Alumni Association. Currently, Barbara serves on the Parker County Heritage Association, on the Performing Arts Association of Weatherford Associate Board, on the Freedom House Board, on the Dental Health for Parker County Board, as the Program Chair of Rotary Club of Weatherford, and on the Women’s Advisory Board of Campbell Health Systems. Barbara pursues her interest in education, history and culture, not only through involvement in other cultural and historical organizations, but also by the study provided through the professional offerings of state and national museum associations. She also has an education and development consulting firm utilizing her expertise and experience. |

JERRY KELLY REID - A native of Parker County, she has been active in her community and has served on the Aledo School Board. Her expertise is in arts, crafts and antiques, and she especially enjoys meeting and working with people. Her responsibility on the Museum Board is to recruit volunteers and to coordinate and train the various teams of people that will be needed to operate the museum. |

ANN SAUNDERS -Past President of the Board and secretary to the Civic Development Board; retired high school English teacher, 25 years with WISD; Master Teacher and Teacher of the Year. With her husband, Tom B. Saunders V, the two are active in various associations related to the family’s partnerships and cattle operations, and they have served on numerous charitable boards in Fort Worth and Weatherford. |

Charlie Walter - is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History and is responsible for the daily operations of the museum and its programs. This includes having administrative responsibility for exhibitions, programs and services which include the Omni Theater and the Noble Planetarium. He is on many state and national boards including the board of the Association of Children’s Museums and is chair of the annual conference planning committee for the Association of Science and Technology Centers. |

Lance Winter - Lance Winter is the publisher of the Weatherford-Telegram and has served for eight years as publisher of the Mansfield News-Mirror. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University and has a long list of community and nonprofit leadership experience. He is on the board of the Rotary Club of Weatherford and coordinates the groups Meals on Wheels route. He is also on the board of the Arlington YMCA and is the chair of the Mansfield Jazz Festival. |
